Sick of diets!!
I hate all these stupid diets that say eat fish dairy and nuts…I am allergic to nuts everytime I eat dairy I get sick and fish I just cant physically make myself eat what am I to do especially when my mum cooks dinner, she wont make me a different meal whens she cooks for 6

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
if you hate diets, don’t do them! The best way to lose weight is by eating the foods you love and just tweaking them a bit (same way that nutrisystem works). If you feel like eating a burger, eat a TURKEY burger, if you want fries, bake them instead of deep frying. Make your sandwiches out of whole wheat bread instead of white…use skim milk instead of 2%…eat when you’re hungry and stop right away when you feel full. Know the difference between being hungry and having cravings. If you have strong cravings but you’re not hungry then grab a glass of water and walk away from the kitchen…soon the craving will pass. This is the most effective way to lose weight.
well just dont do that. I have the same probleme. just go for walks do some cycling and just eat healthy. it is working for me its not a quick fix but it works. and you will feel a lot better afterwards. the best thing is you dont have to do it alone.
