how to make dieting a lifestyle?

how do I get my diet/eating habits to be a lifestyle??? I keep on telling myself “just start tomrow” and then I eat badly. I’m sick of always having food and weight on my mind. I wanna eat good for life and lose weight the steady way so when I DO lose the weight I can keep it off.

just stick to it I find being on a diet with no treats is really easy as soon as I treat my self I binge then find it hard to get back on then binge again then find it easy again to start its like a vicious circle xx
