my boyfriend and I were talking, and I kept arguing to him that im so fat. and he keeps telling me that he disagrees and of course he would sayy that, and actually he told me that if I want to lose weight so bad, why dont I try something that his friend tried and it worked. he told to rub icyhot on my stomach and hips, then wrap yourself in saran<<<—sorry dont think I spelled it right. in saran wrap, just wrap your stomach and hips though, and do this right before you go to bed. and when you wake up, you should have 2 inches off your waist, and shouldve lost about 5-8 lbs. how does this work ? you sweat it off when you sleep, yeahh it is a mess to clean up in the morning but its worth it. and I really worked for me, and I cant thank him enough for it. so, if you decided to try, let me know, and tell me how it goes.

How to LOSE weight?

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn’t gain your weight overnight so don’t expect to lose if overnight. Plus, weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off than weight lost in a hurry.

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

okay heres what you do. write down everything you eat, when you ate it, hoe you felt when you went to eat it and roughly how many calories it had. if you promise yourself to do this it will accually make you eat less because you don’t want to have to wright it down and you see that you should be full from what you ate that day already. also, it helps you know when you eat the most by wrighting down what your feeling before you eat something. if you eat most when your bored; keep yourself occupied. if you eat when your sad; listen to up beat music. get it? and another helpfull thing is take the callories from fat and multiply by 3. if that numbers is under the total calorie number it’s generally ok to eat. if it’s same of above it’s mostly junk that wont fill you up (bad)
