am sick of being fat!!!

hey am 16 years old and am sick of my mother of makeing fun of me for my weight. so I want to lose wight so much but I dont know nothing. my weight is 145 height I think 5”4 something around there

excercise a lot! make sure you have breakfast aaalll the time and fairly early in the morning. and eat smaller but more frequent meals. and work off the calories right after you consume them. also don’t eat right before you go to sleep. I really hope I helped =)

what they said was on point. another is water, we always think we hungry when were actually just thirsty. second look for easy daily life ways to be healthy. I.e. taking stairs instead of elevators, make fruit your best friend, pack healthy lunches instead of eating out. and avoid all fast foods, and more importantly processed foods: basically anything that comes in a box, except cereal.

first off, your mother shouldnt be making fun of you. talk to her about that (if you havnt already) because ill bet theres a whole lot of things that people can say about her, too.

drink lots of water. if you’ve already eaten enough for the day, and you want food still, chew gum (spearmint, mint, because mint helps the best) or have a candy cane. they’re low in calories and sugar. exercise whenever you want to eat something sweet, say to yourself “this chocolate(or w/e it is you want) or a bikini this summer?”
