Should I move out on my own or live where my parents want?
I used to live in Richlands, Va and then my dad got a new job and moved us to Moberly, MO. I hated it here at first but now I like it and like the people and I love the high school football program that I am in. Now my dad wants to move back to where we used to live but I don’t want to because that town is full of drugs and no one there ever amounts to anything and I don’t want to go back to that. I am 17 and in Missouri. I can legally get emancipated but I don’t want my parents to get mad and not help me with college.. what should I do?
Given the considerations, go back and hang out with only the good crowd….those young people in church might be a good idea, not that they’re perfect but they probably try to be of good character.
