Should I work on my metabolism or eat less?

I’m a 14 yr old girl. I am about 162 cm tall and weigh 54kg. People say that isn’t fat, that I am healthy and that I don’t need to loose weight. But all my bestfriends are skinnier than me. I’ve started eating less, so that means im not getting enough nutrition like calcium and protein. (I eat plenty of fruit and veg tho.) I feel sick in the stomach a lot and really tired by the end of the day. Is this the right thing to do, or would I burn my weight off by increasing my metabolism?

it IS normal for you your are a FINE weight for your height and age and so what about your friends, there not you, they dont have your body you need to realise that everyone is different, whats normal for your friends is NOT normal for you to see just how normal you are you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because I very much doubt you need to losoe any weight

Im 14 and all of my friends are skinnier than me too, I know exactically how you feel this is putting stress on your motabalism + that shouldnt be something you should be compareing yourself to, things like that can cause eating dissorders for you to bee feeling good about yourself to look like yourfriends, I cant judge you on size because I dont know you, but you seem like you have a great diet there and you should keep gooing on the right tracks, you’ll be the betterone in the long run eating all the nutirtious things you need…

I hope thiss helped x
