What should I eat to help me lose weight?

You should be eating more water based foods (salad’s, melons, fruit, vegtables) you also need meat still aswell so stick with chicken and fish mainly, treat yourself to burger every once and awhile… (Do not eat out though! fast food is bad…) and always remember to loose weight you have to burn off mroe calories in a day then what you eat!
