Should I Risk It?

So im in this dilemma where I don’t know if its worth the risk ok here it is I have been having this pain near my groin for a few months now and im told it might be either a hernia or I might of just pulled my groin but my friends are pushing me to get back into training with them because I used to train for MMA/Cage Fighting and I had went and sparred with them and it felt great to get back in there again and there was no pain but the next day when I was all sore thats when it really hit me the pain came back so I don’t know what to do should I just go for it and get back in it without knowing what it is and risk seriously injuring myself or wait till I get the ok from the doctor im hard headed and I always just go for it even tho I know the risk help me out here Much Love “Rambo”

u need to find out what it is first b/c if you get back in there and you take a hit or get hit were the pain was itll hurt but you dont need to let that pain spread throughout your system. it mite cauze damage to the bone or tissue

Answer #3

I recommend to go to the doctor. because if your in serious pain that can mean a lot of things.. and do you seriously want to risk doing damage to your groin>??… btw where you hurt around the groin area while you were in training … and thats bad if its hurting after being hit.. because it means you made damage to your groin.
