Ideally, they should stay with their littermates until 8 to 10 weeks…tho, I’d never take one younger than 7 weeks…

if you mean when can you handle puppies, well that depends on the mother and how much you are talking about, When my chihuahua had babies I would maybe pick them up once to twice a day just to give them kisses and talk to them but not to long and not that much. If you are talking about when can you pick them up to take them to there new home then that would be 8 weeks of age.
