How much weight should I lose?

im about 5’3, 120 pds.I want to lose weight but I dont know how much weight to lose.I really want to lose it in my thighs.any advice?

I think if you are losing weight in your thighs then you shud walk and do like stretches you can feel in them or that might just make them muscle

find one those height weight charts click in your information it will tell you a healthy weight for your height but I think 120 is not nearly a fat size plus men there days like women with a little meat on them
