Hahaha. The article is funny.

At the school my kid goes to, they’d never allow kids to wear Yoga pants.

However pretty much all the moms are in yoga pants every morning. Which is great for me to look at when I drop off my kid.

No way should yoga pants be allowed at school. Too revealing.

lol … “Everyone’s like, the school’s so lame I want to move out. Like, it’s bad …”

Personally, I agree it’s too revealing. However, at the same time, it’s just part of the trend right now. Though, I never did “agree” with the newer trends, they seem to get more and more revealing. So personally, I don’t think really feel they are for everyday wear at all, but more for… well… yoga.

Answer #4

I agree, they are too revealing and not appropriate for school. Maybe in gym class if you are actually doing yoga?

Answer #5

The banning of yoga pants have been going around in schools for some time now. I hear it everywhere. I honestly think that yoga pants are too revealing. Last year, my school let us take a dress code survey and surprisingly, the school approved yoga pants, but the trend was later discontinued. Since I go to a private school, I’m used to these kind of rules. What sucks is at my school, we’re not allowed to wear jeans either! And the dresscode is really strict and picky. The only good thing is we don’t have to wear uniforms.

I dont agree. maybe its because im a teenage girl.. lol.. i dont usually wear yoga pants, im more of a jeans girl, but yoga pants arent that bad, like yeah there tight. whatever. some jeans are super tight and revealing. also girls that wear leggings.. no one should care. lol

Answer #7

I don’t see what’s wrong with yoga pants, it’s pretty much the Same thing as Under Amor. I go to Dreher High School in South Carolina were aloud to where yoga pants, leggings, & torn jeans. Mainly they just don’t what kids sagging, with short short skirts or shorts, and don’t have your boobs hangin out. :) Stop making school so complicated.

Answer #8

That’s hilarious. There’s something called a real world, people need to learn to think and dress for themselves. I don’t see a problem with yoga pants, I really don’t find them very revealing and to be honest I’ve heard that they’re very comfortable. I’m so glad that my school is an arts school, very big on self expression and self identity. Dress codes, especially uniforms are pathetic and laughable. I understand in the workplace but teenagers need to develop their personal style, how are they ever going to learn to dress themselves? Just another way to try and fit people into a little controlled bubble.

Answer #9

And anyway, I’m sure that everybody has an ass. There’s nothing wrong with that, I don’t see why people think that sex and body parts are such a big deal.
