How to fix this blonde disaster?

Hello everyone!

I’ll cut to the chase: I went with my natural light-brown hair (never touched before) to a super expensive hair salon and asked for going blonde. I told the lady there that I didn’t care if it was not TOTALLY blonde at once but, what I REALLY didn’t want was to end up YELLOW. It was worse still … I was ORANGE YELLOW!!! The woman blamed the red pigment in my hair but, truth is, even real GINGER people are able to get a DECENT shade of blonde, now, don’t they?!

I have never thouched my hair before and, despite I was ready for a shock, I was not ready for this …

No other hairdresser wants to touch my hair since then (three days ago) - Should I just cover with brown and forget about it?

Take pictures asap - if the original hair dresser refuses to make it right - small claims court for refund…Good luck !!

There is stuff called Kaleidocolor that makes your hair lighter in a way and it will take out that orange color in there. I’ve used it before and it works great. Or, you can buy another thing of blonde hair dye and dye over it. It should come out to an normal blonde. Good Luck! :)

yea, get a refund because she f*ed up and then either buy some dye urself and make it blonder or just dye it brown and forget. or go with something new like dark brown or black.

The hairdresser messed up your hair, you need to go and get your money back. Its not okay for her to cheat you like that, take action.

Answer #5

Buy some great stuff called “Shimmer Lights” at the beauty supply store, shampoo ans/or condioner and leave it on for ahile before you rinse. Takes out the brassiness and gives you a nice beachy sand tone. More natural.
