Answer #1

10 minutes of running is better than nothing, but 20 minutes is recommended if your goal is weight loss. Also, keep in mind that jogging is hard on your joints. It’s not an exercise you can do for life.

You’d be better off using an elliptical machine if you can, riding a bike, swimming, or skating.

For men with average bone mass you should eat about 2,000 cals per day. For a woman with average bone mass it’s about 1,200 cals per day.

Answer #3

Well I don’t know how fast, but as long as you burn more calories then what you take in youl lose weight quickly.

Running is good for your heart and burns twice as many calories as walking. Just make sure you breath in threw the nose and out threw the mouth to avoid cramps. Also run on the front part of your foot (toes) in order to prevent damage to your shins. Running flat footed or heel to toe is hard on your shins and can create hair line cracks in your shins. Running tip toed gives you more spring in your steps and doing this uses your ankle as a shock taking the pressure off your shins.

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

Answer #5

I burn double of what I eat most of the time, or just about, and so far I’ve lost about 20 lbs.

(: goodluck,.
