Can I get rid of this belly flub?

What is the best way to slim down your stomach easily, I do ALOT of running but i want to get in shape, bad. any ideas?

try sit ups. but dont just sit straight up, go halfway and hold it as long as you can, you should feel a pretty big strain. do about 50 a day, you’ll be pretty damn sore but it should get you toned, but only if you stick with it. BUT: if your not eating properly that will seriously hamper your efforts. You could actually be eating too little. make sure you get your daily requirements, and you should be fine. good luck
