Reincarnation when you die, is it conception or birth?

I sort of believe in it, but I have 1 question. When you die, is it conception or birth?

Answer #1

Neither, your physical body returns to dust and your soul departs to one of two destinations - if you received the free gift of Salvation (John 3 : 16) during your lifetime, you’re Heaven-bound !!

Answer #2

who knows?

it depends on your take, for example, I am spiritualist. and the theory behind that is that we are ‘here’ to learn, and if we learn what we’re meant to, then we progress and go onto another lesson. also spiritualism believes that we choose our parents in order to learn what we need to. when we ‘die’ or move on, we can either be guardians to other living souls, just wait for those we loved who are still living or be re-incarnated to learn again etc. spiritualism also doesn’t have a ‘hell’ and a ‘heaven’ it has ‘levels’ which we go to to learn or go over what we did in our lives, so someone like hitler would have gone to a level where he would have to understood what he did and how inhumane it was…

but conception is the point of re-incarnation, since many children are never born, children from miscarriages etc, may have been placed here as a way to help the potential paretns learn something, as part of their learning path…

I love spirutualism, it kind answers a lot of questions for me, and it’s not doom and gloom, but it does make you thin about your actions, since we all have to live with the ‘guilt’

I know it’s not a conventional belief…but it’s my belief, and personally I thin it makes more sense ‘to me’ …I first got ‘into it’ when my mum saw Doris Stokes, who hersefl suffered many miscarriages and was never able to have children, and what my mum told me was amazing, and all doris’s books are too…

but it’s personal belief, I believ that re-incarnation is from conception and everything happends for a reason. I can think of some terrible things in my life, but if they hadn’t have happended, I don’t see how my path could have led me where I am today with two lovely children and doing what I do…

Answer #4

it all just depends on what you believe in kinda like is teh glass half empty or full it just depends on what you believe

Answer #5

actually, I don’t think ANY religion is scientific, that’s kind of the point of it! a faith or beleif is something one has with no actual proof.

and there are MNAY MNAY things that exist, yet science can not prove does or doesn’t and why!

Answer #6

Simply a Rose to brighten your day,         And maybe lessen the cares in your way;         And also, too, to help you to know,         That in knowing you, many others grow!

I think reincarnation can occur anytime from conception to around the time of birth.

The purpose of the reincarnation is to fulfill needs of the incarnating entity or needs of the family into which it is incarnating.

Answer #7

Geez, that’s nice..

Answer #8

I don’t believe in it but if I did I’d probably say birth.
