How can I make my boobs smaller without surgery?

I want to find non-surgical ways to reduce breast size like maybe lipo or something. And yes, I have tried exercise etc. and am not fat.

It is normal for a woman to have breasts. The size of them is really not important. If you’re trying to look better for guys, be aware that some guys like large breasts, and then there are some guys (like me, for example) who could care less what size they are. My first wife had ZERO breasts, flat as a board, and that didn’t bother me a bit. But for other guys out there, the larger breasts you have, the better they like it. Just wait and let your body develop into whatever your genetics has predermined it to be, and you’ll probably discover you look just fine. And for every woman, there is a guy out there somewhere who thinks she is the prettiest woman in the world. That goes for you, too. Be patient.

Well I think it makes you hot with big breasts. Better to have than to be boobless.

caus am uncomfortable with them, they make me look fatter and also have back fat from them!
