I dont know any home remides but I know that yes they can come untied over time and you may become pregnant again. but other than that you may need to get it reversed.

Although they are sometimes reversible, you have to have the view that surgical sterilizations are permanent. Spontaneous reversal is very rare and seldom after the first year - at least it’s that way with vasectomies. There are no home remedies for reversing a surgical sterilization.

About the only way - I’m guessing here - to have kids after a tubal ligation is to harvest eggs directly from the ovaries and do in vitro fertilization - at $10k a pop.

Like amanda said, they can reverse on their own over time sometimes (I found this out from someone who had an unpleasant surprise after 18 years), but there’s nothing you can do yourself to make it happen.
