redecorating my room?

right now my room is very…blah. I want to make it more fun. I have an idea but my moms not too big on it at the moment. My idea is to paint one wall black or a dark navy blue then splatter a bunch of different colors on the wall to make it like fireworks. It would be really cool and different. I want different ideas. I don’t like to be the same as everyone else. I want my room to be unique and fun. Any Ideas about what I can do with my room to make it more fun and unique.?

using your suggestion.. you could do it but using neon paint.. and then get a black light which will make all of the neon paint glow really luminously.. it looks really cool :) just a suggestion :)

Throw random colors on the way,instead of using paintbrushes,take the can of paint and throw the paint at the wall,use a brush to spread it but not make it look neat,use the other paint to cover the patches the 1st didn’t cover.
