hey there, im not 100% sure but sounds like a case of Balantis to me, im not a doctor btw, but balantis is a common penile yeast infection, cna be caused by poor hygiene, or unprotected sex with a girl they may potentially have a yeast infection particuly thrush, its nuffing to worrie bout and can be easily treated, try going to see your gp, it may be a good idea for your girlfriend to get tested for thrush because it may be the reason for your little red dots:)
