What are these red dots on my penis shaft?

I have these red dot like features on the top shaft of my penis what could it be there is quite a bit but i am a virgin and you know i don’t know……

Do you masturbate? It could be a rash. Or, if you shave it could be razor bumps. But since you’re a virgin I wouldn’t worry too much about it unless it got worse.

You most likely have Sebaceous cysts, they are pimples and men experience them on their genitals when skin starts producing excessive oils, in puberty. The pattern you described, the spreading matches your description. They are called sebaceous prominence when it appears on penis and is considered to be a normal anatomical variant.

Also the if you masturbate with lotions or other type of lubricants you could have an allergic reaction to the chemicals in the lubricant.

it could be in grown hairs or hair follucles my bf was concerned about the same thing and got checked and they told him it was hair follucoles
