Rebel or yankee?

Are you a rebel or a yankee? Are you proud and why?

Answer #1

Last time I checked, I was an American who lived in the South. My forefathers fought for the Confederates and one died in a federal prison. I don’t agree with all the reasons they fought but I’m proud that they had the courage to put their lives on the line. It’s kind of hard to explain and it tears me up sometimes but there it is.

Answer #2

I assume that you are a “rebel” b/c I don’t think anyone else uses those terms… so please ignore me if you are not… you might want to keep your rebel pride to yourself when you get into the real world. it is often associated with hill billy, small minded bigotry.
