Reading in front of class

I WAS TELLING SOMEONE HERE ABOUT THAT. WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL I GOT INTO A SPEECH CLASS. IT REALLY HELPED ME TO SURPASS MY FEAR OF TALKING OUTLOUD AND ALSO HELPED ME DO BETTER RESEARCH PAPERS AND PRESENTATIONS.

I have the exact same problem!! And i spent alot of time looking up answers to that question and I found a few usefull things 1. just try to breath

                                                                       2. stay focused on what your doing not what 
                                                                           people MIGHT be thinking
                                                                       3. slow down while your reading, and look at 
                                                                           every word.
                                                                       4. Dont think about it to much, the more u think 
                                                                           about it the more nervous ull get
