im under age and really needing somthing to smoke… i stopped smoking weed and never really smoked anything else.

Answer #1

You don’t NEED something to smoke, you WANT something to smoke due to the chemical addiction you’ve acquired. I suggest going to a class for teens on quitting. I see that you’re from washington, so am I, and you’re not THAT far from me, so I’m sure they have that sort of thing there. Other things you could do is try and see a counselor about it, they can be really helpful. Keeping yourself busy takes your mind off of wanting to smoke, you just need an escape from the thoughts. Try jogging, or if you’re not very into that, you could try puzzles. Just anything to keep your hands busy. There are also different medical things you can do, such as using the nicotine patch, or certain pills you can take that help you ween off of nicotine. Some people find that electronic cigarettes are very helpful, you could try that too. You just have to stay determined, and dedicated, and remember that you can do it.

try out the .the e-cigarette It is an alternative to smoked tobacco products, such as cigarettes, cigars, or pipes. In addition to purported nicotine delivery, this vapor also provides a flavor and physical sensation similar to that of inhaled tobacco smoke, while no smoke or combustion is actually involved in its operation.ANOTHER NICE OPTION IS TRY THE CGEWING GUM -NICORETTE

Well, it’s too late, because now she has started. There’s no point in saying you shouldn’t when the deed has been done. Now the question is how to stop.

Answer #5

well to stop you need to get the thourght of smoking out of your head and think of maybe like going to the gym and doing some swimming and stuff like that and if that doesn’t work get some medican to stop.

Answer #6

Dude. When I was your age I could not stop either. But guess what? It gets worse. You smoke more with freedom and it cost more and all in all it gets harder to quit. Personally I would suggest e-cigs but that I still not for sale to children under 18. If u do get ur hands on it. Don’t use any liquid with nicotine. I’m sure u heard this many times before. But from my heart, I can tell you that you can do it. It may not be easy but it does not get easier than NOW. Go for it! Practice having control of your own life from now. You will never regret it. As for the weed. Well you can now say you have been there and done that. No need to go back. Lol.

Well, I personally wouldn’t be able to resist the urge to smoke without this medicine I am on. I went to my doctor and asked for something to help me stop smoking. He prescribed me some Chantix. It works like a charm. :] For the first week, you can keep smoking (just until it gets in your system)…but after the first week, the dosage gets a bit higher… and you do not smoke. Taking Chantix has completely taken away the urge to smoke, I honestly don’t want a cigarette anymore. So, maybe you should talk to your doctor about smoking, and ask him if he can give you something to help you stop smoking.

Other than medicine, you are just going to have to have will power, and be determined to quit. You have to want to quit, and resist the urge the best way you can if you really want to quit. Maybe thinking about something, or doing something to keep your mind off of smoking would help? Chew some gum, or pop some candy in your mouth to suck on… most people don’t like to smoke while chewing gum or eating candy.
