did i put my tampon in wrong?

I put a tampon in and when i looked a few minutes later there was a tiny amount of blood on my panty liner. it’s not my first tampon, but only like me 4th or 5th. and also its my second period of the month (but i already talked about that with my mom)

You’ll know if it’s in wrong if you can feel it. Occasionally, tampons to allow leakage, so it’s a good idea to always wear a pantyliner. If it’s consistently leaking, you may need a higher absorption.

Answer #2

The general rule is that if you can feel that tampon or if it hurts then it isn’t in correctly or not deep enough. I sugggest starting with the applicator tampons. They are a lot easier to get in properly initially. But if there was only leakage, then it is probably because you didn’t use a tampon that was strong enough for your flow.

Answer #3

it’ll hurt if its not in right.
