Okay,On the tampon,there should be finger grips,about half way down. squat on the ground.Grip the tampon on the grips with your middle finger,and your thumb. Then in the long part,where the string comes out of,put your pointer finger. Insert the tampon into your vagina,rather deep, And Push with your pointer finger. It may help if you spread your vagina with your other hand,to open it more.

Most of the time when a Woman’s Tampon feels uncomfortable,Its because it is not in deep enough. There is a rng of muscle in the opening of the vagina, Make sure youve got the tampon past that.
