What's in protein shakes?

I saw this thing on tv and this chick lost all this weight on a protien shake diet. Any one know a good recipe for one?

GNC has protein powder available in different flavors.

Diets don’t work…

Try to change your eating habits so you wont have to go on a diet every month and you won’t be messing your body up that way and sending shocks to hit when you change your eating regime.

I love protein drinks. I usually drink them as a meal replacement or right before I hit the gym. I prefer to make mine using frozen berries, soymilk and a banana with some ice. Hey don’t forget the protein.Whey powder is the best and healthiest!

You can also make them with orange juice or water and other fruit.
