CHICKEN! I only eat some meats and chicken is my favourite, It can be eaten with anything really It is used in fruit dishes such as orralepoulet. Which is a lovely orange and chicken dish. It is eaten on pizza, it is eaten in noodle dishes, rice dishes, simple.. such as chicken and chips, chicken kiev LOADS OF WAYS!!! Also nuts, cheese and milk and yogurt are good ways to eat your protein and other meats.

A grain combined with either a nut or a bean is 2nd best (either by itself is incomplete). A small amount of meat/dairy/eggs combined with that is best. Meat/dairy/eggs alone is 3rd. Note that excess protein becomes calories and pee, which also puts stress on your kidneys. So check how much you’re getting and get enough but don’t go overboard.
Try some legumes! They are delicious!! They have 4 times more protein than meat! Try making your own Hummus from chick-peas- use it as a smear or dip. Eat some lentils, broad beans and aubergine! They are good in stews, soups, baked and salads :)
