what kinds of food have lots of protien
Chicken, Steak, Most meat. Fish like tilapia has barely any fat and a lot of protein. Tofu has a lot too. Cheese and cottage cheese... OH and EGGS! eggs eggs eggs!
eggs, milk, spinach, soybean, quinoa, meat, fish, whole grains, rice, beans, legumes, corn, oats, peas and peanut butter are good sources of high protein foods.
