Can pregnant girls go to high school or do they really force them to go to a different school like in the movies?

They can go to regular highschool, most highschools where I live have daycares in the school haha.

Depends where you live. Some areas are very religious and don’t want their kids to be around kids that are pregnant, cause the parents think its ungodly at that age and that you should wait till marriage. But most places arent like that and they have a choice for regular school, another school for girls that are pregnant or home school.

Depends where you live and what kind of school it is. Mine’s just a regular public high school and once the staff find out you’re pregnant they basically tell you you have to leave. And you can’t just change schools ‘cause really, like another school will accept the enrolment of an already pregnant teen. Also where I live there aren’t day care centres at high schools and the girl will have to stay at home without any education until she has the baby and then she’ll be aloud back to the school with her family or something looking after the baby during school hours.

It’s probably different in other places but where I’m at they can go to regular school. I’ve seen it like 7 times this year.

I guess it depends what town or such you live in. I know in all the schools I went to, had at least one pregnant girl, including myself at one time, and we were never transfered. It might be for the more religious like Catholic schools wouldn’t want to send the wrong message by letting a young girl who had a one night stand and got pregnant in, but then again, you never know really.
