Possibly a bad Influence ?

I have a 4 year old son that has recently started playing with a 4 year old boy that just moved in nextdoor. The neighbors child thinks that everything in the world belongs to him and really is acting out…Should I continue to let the kids play and work out their differences on their own…or separate my child from the braticus nextdoor?…I just don’t want my child to take on ANY of the bad behavior paterns that the neighbors child has.

Answer #1

Take your 4 yr old away from that terrible influence ! - that’s what a parent does - looks after their child’s best interests.

Answer #2

well I would take them away b.c they might become like that b.c they see some one esle do it

Answer #3

I have a 4 yr old and I know what you mean. This little boy would come over my moms house and curse, and act violent, and say the most stupid things. What I did first is explain to my son it is wrong and why, then I told the little boy to not say anything or do anything stupid. When his mother came to pick him up which she is an addict probably I told her that her son is not behaviing and if she did not talk to him then he could not come back. The boy has improved but has came back anymore. Since our children are 4 years I believe they are to young to think in our perspective therefore I would remove him from the situation.

Answer #4

Young children get influenced easily…you’d better be on the lookout.
