Hmm I watched something on YouTube about how popping your knuckles don’t actually cause arthritis and the popping action actually creates dopamine (the feel good chemical) in your brain which is why people do it so much… Popping your wrist may not cause any harm, but there’s also a chance that you could be messing something up… The best way to know for sure would be to talk to a professional.
