Anyone know a quick and easy way to become a size 0?
hey does anyone know a quick and easy way to become a size 0? please I need help
work out a lot! do side exercises and a lot of crunches. eat healthy NO snacks between meals! drink water and that means like 10 glasses a day. eat smaller meals too. I did all of this stuff and went from a size 2 pant size to a size 1!!! im on my way to getting to a size zero
Why? Beauty and sexiness comes in all different sizes. It isnt possible for everyone to achieve a size 0 (which is way too thin anyway) because we all have different body types and bone structures. Remember, Marilyn Monroe was a Size 14!
Whether it’s a “quick and easy” way of becoming size 0, or a long and arduous challenge of becoming one - either way it’s NOT healthy.
I’m shocked that anyone would even encourage this at all, or try to help someone become a size 0. Sick.
If you want to be size 0, how will this make others around you feel? (friends and family)
As someone else already mentioned, Marilyn Monroe was not a size 0, didn’t need to be, and would have looked gross if so. She was fine the way she was.
A few years back when Angelina Jolie was named “most beautiful” , she was at a curvier weight than she is now, she didn’t need to be size 0 to get that title.
Do you really want to keep that up (size 0 trend) for a lifetime? You don’t want to waste your life striving to become (and then maintain) something that is not going to make you happy at all.
Healthy & fit is a better way to be.
First I would ask you why would you want to be a size zero? I was in high school for a little bit, but then I went to a 3 then a 5 then a 7, it was definitely small enough. I way bigger than that now. :) Sometimes your body type won’t let you go to a zero without some major (and might I add dangerous) methods. I don’t know what size you are now..but you will be way happier if you accept yourself like you naturally are.
Diet like crazy. Most clebrities that become a size 0 do so through a 500-600 calorie a day diet and then burning 2000-2500 calories a day. Burning this amount isn’t as difficult as it sounds, if you find an online activity calorie counter you’ll find that you burn most of that through your day to day activities anyway. The rest can be made up of an hours cardio and toning.
