Are there any affordable diet pills that work?
anyone know any good diet pills that are out there for some what cheap since I only work in summer (due to my age) I need to be able to afford them
I think most diet pills are fakes, and just ways to make money off of people who don’t want to lose weight by exercising and eating right.
A lot of the time, they will contain something like phen-phen or ephedra, which are stimulants that basically make you feel wired, and you lose some water weight at first but then you gain it right back.
To lose weight, just watch your calorie intake and exercise daily. It’ll work.

I’ve tried a slew of expensive diet pills and they never work. Pills alone won’t make you lose weight.
The point is you have to already be on a sensible diet and exercise plan for them to “work” So what’s really losing the weight? You dieting and exercising or the pill??
Try the Abs Diet. They just put out a book for women called The Abs Diet for Women. You can find it at Wal-Mart for about $17.30. It’s bright neon green with bold black letters, you can’t miss it. It has diet tips, healthy shopping “cheat sheet”, exercises(with pictures!), meal plans, exercise plans and healthy recipes.
