How do you block people on a lg scoop phone?

Well my lg scoop just broke…that phone was crap and I would not recommend it to anyone…but I had to find a new one that was prepaid and I ordered the lg banter from alltel and I was wondering how it worked and how it was different from the lg scoop…because I hated that one for a few reasons…I need to know…thanks! :)

I have an lg banter, and I hate it. it was fine the first month or so. then it wouldnt keep the ringer I set as the default and then it wouldnt charge for a while and it wouldnt let me recieve pic messages, so tommorow im going to go out and get a new one cause my phone dropped in the water today and is damaged tell me if your phone is acting up, thanks.
