Should I still keep my phone in my pocket?

If mobile phones still give off radiation while switched off, should i not be keeping it in my pocket all day, even though it is switched off? Is the amount given off that serious?

Purses, briefcases, etc., are the recommended way to carry cellphones … any amount of radiation is harmful radiation.

Yeah I know it sucks, I like keeping my cell close to me and alway carry it in my pocket so I can hear when someone is calling! But if it’s turned off, put it in your purse as colleen has said, it’ll reduce the radation you’re around.

I don’t know much about this whole radiation thing caused by cellphones, but I know that it is true, and it happens, I actually know 2 women who have had breast cancer directly caused by keeping their cellphones in their bras all the time. It’s a serious thing that is only just starting to be ‘discovered’. It’s better to be safe than sorry, If it’s off, then you aren’t using it right? Why not put it in your bag or locker at school?

I often worry about the harm my laptop could be causing me, it’s either on my knees or sitting next to me most of the day! D:

I keep my phone in my bra..not going to lie haha :) I hate it in my pocket cause it easily falls out.
