How would you persuade a lazy friend to do more exercise?

Answer #1

Well to be honest its not really any of your business to be telling someone else to do exercise, if they wanted to, they would. I suppose if you really want to you could show them some cons and pros and hope they see the light You could also find a way to make it more fun and show them cool was of exercising.

Answer #12

well i know i had lazy friends who would complain about thier weight and then point out my flaws. I did however go out with this person to take walks and talk about what happened before she gained weight. turns out that coming from different areas have different foods and ingredients, she always ate cheesy puffs and she did that here too. but she mentioned that they tasted different and she couldn’t stop when she got a bag. she litterally counted how many there were in a bag and then decided to only eat a small even number. i’m not sure why but she did, and she would tell me about how she wanted more, i’d just say that after a walk we would get her some. but after the walks she would forget and drink some water (she didn’t like fizzy drinks like soda and juice always left her flemmy lol) and i’d have an apple or orange with her. and she felt better, slept better, and she lost weight and always wanted to go out. i don’t know what she does now, we’re not that close anymore but i’ve seen her and she seems healthier, her acne even cleared up. but that was probably a high-school-stress thing. hopefully that helps. and i know its pretty late now, but who knows maybe it’ll help out
