Perimeter

How do you find the perimeter…

Answer #1

To find the perimiter of a shape you simply measure all the sides then add the mesurements together.

Example a rectange:

10 +10 +2

22

Answer #2

by adding all the #s like irene did, just add…

Answer #3

there are numbers around the shape that you need to know the perimeter for and so you add them up, but sometimes there is a number missing so you look for the side that is the same length as the side thats missing and what ever number that is, is the number that belongs to the missing side I dunno if you can understand this or not it’d be better to teach you in person:P

Answer #4

you add the length by breadth and multiply by two to find the perimeter of a rectangle: or use the formula: 2(LB).

For a square mulitply one of the sides by 4.

For the circumference of a circle you use the formula 2(pie)r (lol cant find the pie sign) normally you are told whether to use 3.14 or 22/7 . If you’re not told what to use for pie, use 3.14.
