Have you gone to the doctor? If he really "penetrated" your cervix wall then yes it could cause a lot of "real damage". Especially if you want to have a baby in the future since your cervix is what keeps it enclosed in your uterus, there could also be internal bleeding.
If all he did was bump it then no, there will be no "real damage" to you.
chances are he didnt go through your cervix wall, its really hard to break through that, and their wouldve been blood and mucus on his dick, it would be pretty gross and you would still be in imense pain
