Can you pay for a moving violation with pennies?

Such as red light camera, stop sign, seat belt, etc. If I go up there in person? I received a redlight camera ticket in the mail, it’s such an inconvenience so Id like to return the favor.

You can offer, but they also have the right to refuse that form of payment (take note, however, that refusing that payment does not mean you don’t have to pay your fine).

Money is money regardless of what denomination you use to make payment. So I can’t see how they could refuse you the right to make payment with viable currency ….but I’m sure they aren’t going to like it.
