Like i dont have the money to get food to last thru the month bcuz my mom is unable to work so we on disability with 3 ppl livin in the house

i believe it works……..the diet is the main focus…..but you dont have to spend alot of money to lose weight…..you just have to watch what you eat, what ever you have that is in you refrigerator is enough for your diet, instead eat it in small proportion………..p90x would be a better result with diet, without the diet it would probably take you a little bit longer to see any results……..good luck

P90 will work but you wont see the ALOT of difference. Once i am done with p90x ill show the before and after pics, with diet. those guys you see in the infomercials do it with PROPER diet, AND taking the supplements + doing the exercise properly without cheating. I cant get the supplements in my area, ALSO the diet is a very important part in sculpting and toning your body, depends on your weight if you are overweight, do the diet at level 3, but i am normal just a bit of flab but im going for level 2, cos we are teens we need our extra cals :) hope this helped :)
