cut down on what your eating. become anorexic. basically everyday just eat as much lettuce as you want and plenty of water. do this for about 4 weeks, and then after that start drinking 4 glasses of orange juice and plenty of water. carry on this for as long as you want. this worked for me, I used to be 7stone 5lbs now im 6stone 2lbs and im still on the orange juice.

I know this isn’t what you wanted to hear but there is no healthy way to lose a lot of weight quickly. If you do the crazy dieting and vomiting, you can get very sick. And you’ll end up gaining the weight back eventually anyways. It’s not worth it.

Talk to your doctor about things you can do. For now, just excercise, and watch what you eat.
