Not growing taller ???

I’ve been drinking milk every single day, & trying to exercise a lot .. & now my thighs hurt soo much when I sit down or bend my legs . !

I drink a small chocolate milk for lunch, & then after school, I drink a large chocolate milk, & usually before I go to sleep, I eat cereal with white milk ..

But how come im not growing ???

Im only like 5’2, & im 14 . All the other people in my class are like 5’5 and up ..

& also, how do you know if you already got your growth spert or not ?

& is there anyway I can increase my height ? Cause I hate being short.. & I mostly want longer legs, cause I have stubby legs

I heard you’re not supposed to drink caffeine or coffee/soda type things when you’re young because it will stunt your growth , maybe its just a myth but I hope that helps!

thats true.. sadly! did you know that you’ll stop growin whenur 15-16…for your height.so yea

You’re only going to grow as tall as your body is meant to…you can drink all the milk in the world and it won’t make a difference.

youll grow as tall as your body wants you to you cant change how tall youll get but over-exerscising could actually be stopping you from growing especially if its affecting your health obviously if your legs hurt your either exerscising too much or not stretching properly beforehand and afterwards try to slow down on the exerscise and be patient youll stop growing at around the age of 18
