How to grow taller when being a vegetarian?

I’ve been a vegetarian since 2006 and I think that it may be effecting how much I grow (in terms of height). I’m 16 now and I started when I was 14. I am about 4’11” and I was 4’9” when I was 13. So if it is effecting it, what can I eat to help me grow. I’m a picky vegetarian, I don’t like tofu. Also, I take b-12 every morning. Are there any vitamins that could help?

There are vegetables that contain calcium, too… spinach, beet greens, etc.

oh and you can get protein from nuts (if you’re not allergic) or peanut butter 2:)

calcium tablets and protein shakes . . . the shakes are nasty, but you need your protein!

also try soy milk ( I recommend silk) for calcium and fake meat (morning star, boca, etc.) they have a lot of protein
