How to ask my mom for birthcontrol?

how do I ask my mom to be on birthcontrol? im scared she will flipp. me and her have never talked about sexual things like that..she thinks im an angel

well you could tell her you have an irregular period and if you get on birth control it would fix that. most birthcontrols help acne tell her it will help keep your face clear but the irregula period will prob work.

You could always lie and tell her you are having heavy painfull periods. Not that I’m recommending that just saying it’d work or you could be honest and tell her that you are having sex, and you want to be safe and protected. The fact you are thinking about contraception and stuff shows that you are being responsible. I also think if you go to the family planning clinc they will may be able to put you on the pill or at least advice you better on how to broach the subject with your mum.
