night work-out

is it okay to workout during night time?

Totally. I work overnight at an all night gym. Some people are different as far as sleeping after their workout. Some can’t sleep. For me, it’s helps me get to sleep.

I do it all the time, because that’s my only opportunity. It does tend to keep me awake though - but my job is extremely flexible, so that works for me. If I had an 8-5 job, I don’t think I could do it.

yah I think it is. but do both night and day. its better. ^^. healthier, and easier to lose weight. ^^

yes, its okay just dont exerscise too close to bedtime because then you wont be able to get to sleep for a while the best time to exerscise is in the morning before you eat so you can burn off more fat
