Nice figure

I really want to get a nice figure. Recently I’ve been eating more and gained weight. I’ve never been stick thin, and I never want to be - But I do want a flat stomach! Can you please give me tips on what exercises to do and what foods to eat/avoid? thankyou!

belly dance, & laten dance they crunch your core like crazy, but you don’t have to do any crunches ^^ it’s so much fun, & a lot faster than your average crunches & sit ups. It focuses on your core area.

Situps help flatten your stomach. Combine situps with other exercises that work the surrounding muscles… (back, thighs, and butt). Definately cut down on saod because it can make you bloated very easily. Up the intake of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. Sam
