Need to lose a bit of weight by summer

Hi, I’m 14, I’m about 5”7 I’d guess and I weigh 11 stone.

I go rowing twice a week and play about half an hours football at school every day.

In summer I wanna have minimal stomach fat - what exercises/diet wud you reccomend.

Btw I eat small breakfast, not much lunch (half a sandwitch & water) and proper meal at dinner

do an alternate routine

one day, eat a great breakfeast and work out the next day, don’t eat a big breakfast, but work out, and you’ll be burning the raw stuff instead of burning off what you just ate

What helped me was I started drinking diet and it helped a lot I mean I no it taste nasty but it WORKS!! you can also start doing sit-ups or going on walks or jogs at night time so it wont be so hot

hiii sit-up and crunches help erm but eating well is also good but if you ate more of a mornig and less of a night you cud burn the fat off during the day hope I helped xx
