How can I get regular visitors to my site?
I wanted to know if there is any better way of advertising your site.. I am currently using google and yahoo paid advertising so that I can get my website in sponsored list. I get a lot of traffic when advertising but when I stop the ads there are literally no visitors. I dont mind if people do not become member as my site have free as well as members section. Are there any other advertising form which I can utilize? Ofcourse I have limitations to my budget as the site just started and have not generated any income. If you are wondering the site is related to activities for kids.

More writing, more creating and more networking are critical to developing an audience. Every online category is extremely crowded…when you say ‘stuff for kids’ how does it compare to other sites with stuff for kids? Is it better, worse? More or less comprehensive? Less advertising per page, or more?
Once you start developing a sense of where you are, vis a vie the other sites in your category, then you can develop a networking plan to improve the traffic.
