How can I get video ads for my site?

Do you know how to or from where to get video ads. I was looking to add such adds on my site. The ads are such that for free members when they click to download a childrens activity they have to watch a video for about some seconds.

You should check with a few ad networks…however, for something like what you’re asking for the site in question where you will post the ads will need a lot of impressions before you can get something together from a larger ad network.

Besides, unless your audience is all broadband, showing video ads to people with a less than high speed connection will encourage them to leave, and fast. Better to try to integrate targeted sponsor opportunities from relevant companies, which fit your audience, and probably more revenue upside as well.
