Need a smaller waist

Hello I was wondering what is the best way to get a smaller waist? is running a good exersize to do??? and what is a good resonable diet, I eat low fat food all the time and I’m not skinny, I dont understand

You have to be careful with corsets. They are able to give you that unalterably small waist, but at a price. If you want children later on in life, I’ld wait until after you have children.

And, eating less is not the way to lose weight, it slows down you metabolism. I actually have a fast metabolism, if I don’t eat, I’ll gain weight. I snack through the day, eat dinner, then have about 1-2 more snacks after dinner, then again I kind of have too otherwise I’ll get a huge headache. Perhaps you should up your food intake just a bit.

And by the sounds of it really, you don’t need to loose anymore weight, just firm up a bit, gain a bit of muscle.

A good exercise is belly dancing ^^ I lost like 2 ibs of fat in one week, then again I only danced for like a few hours through out the week maybe, not even an hour a day. Imagine if you did do at least an hour a day. And it targets your abdominal. I’ll send yo some links on youtube if you want. Plus, it’s really fun, and you can do it anywhere ^^ I’ve been doing it for quite some time, I became toned around my abdominal(then I stopped for about a year -_-…I need to get back in shape XD)

Now if you want your legs & butt to get firmer, I’ld recommend kick boxing or a type of marshal arts. It keeps you in shape and if you ever need to, you can defend yourself 1_~ Or you can even bike ride. Bike riding works the muscles in a way walking and running can’t.

Exercising is ok but try wearing a corset, that type of corset who modifies your waist. You can find infos on the internet…I know that there is a woman whose waist is 15” :)

yeah the waist trainers, I have corsets and I maninly want a smaller waist so I can wear smaller corsets, but I want to do it so that my body doesnt fush fat around my waist or stomach in to my arms or legs, because im looking for my legs to remain or get slimmer

like the smallest corset I can fit into is a 22inch, I would love to be able to manage an 18inch without the rest of my body looking fat

how bout you eat less calories than you consume. and exercise.

ofcourse. these two things above go hand in hand.

if you only eat enough to survive, and then exercise, your going to start burning the fat stored around your body.

eventually your going to be losing weight little by little, until you reach your goal…a smaller waist…

eat less calories than you consume eat less energy than you burn therefor you start burning fat.

thats the problem I barely eat, and if I do I make sure its very small calories like a leek which is 7 calories, I cant cut down my food because my boyfreind feels I dont eat anough as it is, yesterday I consumed 600 calories, went running, did long walks, dance mat. its not like im fat and unhealthy I jsut want to be smaller than I am,
